Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how The Tron Forge Limited (“The Tron Forge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may collect, use, disclose, retain, secure, and otherwise process information when you use The MAX AI Ecosystem (“MAX,” “MAX AI,” or the “Services”).
1. Who We Are
The MAX AI Ecosystem is developed and operated by The Tron Forge Limited. MAX is designed to provide AI assistance, voice interaction, personalization, connected services, productivity tools, smart-home experiences, cloud services, and future MAX-branded devices and software through a connected account and ecosystem.
This Policy applies to MAX websites, web applications, mobile applications, APIs, connected services, MAX devices and hardware where this Policy is presented, and other MAX services that link to this Policy.
2. Information We May Collect
The information we collect depends on which MAX features you use, what permissions you grant, and how you interact with the ecosystem. We do not need every category below for every user.
2.1 Account and identity information
- Name, display name, username, profile information, and profile photo.
- Email address, phone number, and other contact information you choose to provide.
- Account ID, authentication identifiers, password or password-related security information, and account status.
- Date of birth, age information, age-verification information, or age range where needed for safety, eligibility, subscriptions, or child/teen experiences.
- Country, language, time zone, and general account preferences.
- Account creation, login, logout, recovery, verification, security, and authentication events.
2.2 Google and other sign-in information
If you choose Google Sign-In or another supported identity provider, we may receive the information that provider makes available to us under the authorization you grant, such as your name, email address, profile picture, provider account identifier, and verification status. We do not receive your Google password through normal Google Sign-In.
If MAX later supports Google, Microsoft, Apple, GitHub, or other connected accounts for additional services, the specific information requested will be described at the time of connection and will depend on the permissions you approve.
2.3 Conversations, prompts, and AI content
- Text prompts, questions, instructions, and conversations with MAX.
- MAX responses and conversation history associated with your account.
- Files, documents, images, screenshots, audio, video, code, and other content you intentionally submit.
- Information contained in uploaded content when MAX needs it to perform the requested task.
- Feedback, ratings, reports, corrections, and messages you submit about MAX.
2.4 Memory and personalization information
MAX is designed to support relevant long-term memory and personalization. Depending on your settings and use of the feature, this may include information you explicitly ask MAX to remember, useful preferences, recurring instructions, projects, interests, personalization settings, and other context that helps MAX provide a more consistent experience.
Memory is intended to be relevant rather than indiscriminate. Information does not automatically become a permanent memory merely because it appears in a conversation. Where memory controls are available, you may be able to review, edit, delete, or disable saved memories.
2.5 Voice and audio information
When you use MAX Voice or another voice feature, MAX may process:
- Microphone input and voice recordings while a voice interaction is active or otherwise authorized.
- Speech-to-text transcripts generated from your voice.
- Voice commands, wake-word interactions, interruptions, and conversation context.
- Audio-processing information such as language, recognition results, noise conditions, or technical quality signals.
- Voice preferences, including language, voice selection, speaking speed, and related settings.
Future MAX Voice capabilities may include a “Hey MAX” wake phrase, hands-free operation, offline or on-device processing, text-to-speech, multilingual recognition, noise cancellation, overlays, and MAX voice hardware. The exact collection and retention of audio will depend on the implementation and settings of the relevant feature.
2.6 Device and technical information
- Device type, model, manufacturer, operating system, operating-system version, app version, browser type, screen characteristics, and language.
- Device identifiers, installation identifiers, session identifiers, and similar technical identifiers where permitted.

- Battery, storage, connectivity, or hardware-health information when a MAX feature or device requires it.
- Security events, authentication attempts, suspicious-login indicators, and information used to protect accounts and services.
2.7 Location information
Some MAX features may require location information. Depending on the feature and your permission, this can include approximate location derived from network information or precise device location such as GPS coordinates.
Location may be used for requested local assistance, navigation, weather or location-aware answers, MAX Home routines, device discovery, safety features, emergency assistance, fraud/security detection, and other functions you explicitly enable. Precise location should not be treated as required for the entire MAX ecosystem merely because a particular feature can use it.
2.8 Contacts and communications
If MAX introduces a contacts, calling, messaging, sharing, or communication feature and you grant access, the service may process selected contact information such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, relationship labels, or identifiers needed to perform your requested action. We will request the relevant permission before accessing device contacts where the platform requires it.
2.9 Calendar, email, files, and connected services
MAX Connect is intended to allow users to connect supported services such as Google, Microsoft, Apple, GitHub, social platforms, media services, MAX Home, and MAX Cloud. Depending on the service and permissions granted, MAX may process information such as:
- Calendar events, reminders, schedules, and event metadata.
- Email metadata and, where explicitly authorized, email content needed to perform a requested task.
- Cloud files, documents, photos, videos, notes, or other stored content.
- GitHub repositories, issues, pull requests, profile information, or other authorized developer data.
- Media libraries, playlists, preferences, or playback information.
- Information from other third-party services you deliberately connect.
Connected services remain subject to their own privacy policies and permission controls. MAX should only access the scopes you authorize for the connected integration.
2.10 MAX Cloud information
MAX Cloud is intended to provide cloud storage, synchronization, backups, and access to ecosystem information. If you use MAX Cloud, we may process the files and data you choose to store or synchronize, including documents, photos, videos, conversations, memories, settings, device information, and other supported content.
Where encryption is offered, the exact encryption model and whether MAX can access content will depend on the service implementation and product tier. We will describe material security limitations in the applicable product documentation.
2.11 MAX Home and smart-home information
If you use MAX Home, we may process information about your connected home and devices, such as:
- Home names, rooms, household profiles, routines, schedules, and automation settings.
- Connected lights, speakers, sensors, appliances, locks, cameras, displays, thermostats, and other compatible devices.
- Device names, types, status, connectivity, capabilities, firmware/software information, and diagnostic data.
- Commands, automations, scenes, mode changes, and device-control history.
- Information required to support technologies such as Matter, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth/BLE, Alexa, and compatible smart-home platforms.
- Home security, device-health, diagnostics, and predictive-maintenance signals where those capabilities are enabled.

2.12 Cameras, sensors, and environmental information
Future MAX Home features may support cameras, microphones, sensors, presence detection, environmental readings, and other smart-home inputs. Where such features are available, the relevant data may be processed to provide security, automation, device monitoring, or other functions you enable. We will request the necessary device permissions and should not access camera or microphone data merely because a device is connected to MAX Home.
2.13 MAX Music
MAX Music is intended as a service within MAX AI and MAX Home. Depending on the feature, MAX may process music searches, commands, playlists, favorites, listening activity, playback state, connected media accounts, and preferences. Music providers may separately process your information under their own policies.
2.14 MAX Browser
If you use MAX Browser or AI browsing features, MAX may process searches, webpages requested, browsing-related commands, page content needed to answer a request, summaries, saved settings, and technical browser information. Depending on the final implementation, browser history and related data may be stored locally, in your MAX account, or in MAX Cloud when you enable synchronization.
2.15 MAX Connect
MAX Connect may process account identifiers, authorization tokens or credentials in secure forms, permissions/scopes, connection status, service metadata, and information retrieved from services you choose to connect. We use connected-service information only to provide the integration, requested actions, personalization, synchronization, security, or other disclosed functionality.
2.16 MAX Store
If MAX Store is used for purchases, subscriptions, products, digital services, or other transactions, we may process:
- Purchase history, order details, subscription status, invoices, refunds, and transaction identifiers.
- Billing and delivery information where required.
- Payment-provider identifiers and transaction status.
- Fraud-prevention, chargeback, and transaction-security information.
Payment card details may be handled directly by payment processors rather than stored by MAX. The information actually received by MAX depends on the payment provider and integration.
2.17 MAX Pay
MAX Pay is intended to support payments and related financial interactions. Depending on the feature, this may involve payment account identifiers, transaction amounts, merchant information, payment status, billing details, fraud/security signals, and records needed for accounting and legal compliance. We do not intend to collect or store payment credentials that the relevant payment processor is designed to handle directly unless the product specifically requires it and provides appropriate security controls.
2.18 MAX Security
Security features may process login history, authentication events, device information, IP addresses, security alerts, recovery information, suspicious activity signals, two-factor authentication information, session information, and other technical information required to protect users and the ecosystem.
2.19 MAX Studio and generated content
If MAX Studio provides AI creation tools, we may process prompts, uploaded reference files, images, audio, video, generated outputs, project information, editing history, settings, and usage information needed to create and manage your projects.
2.20 MAX OS and MAX devices
Future MAX operating-system experiences and MAX-branded devices may process system settings, installed applications, device configuration, notifications, connectivity, hardware information, voice commands, sensor information, diagnostics, and other data needed to operate the device and ecosystem. Device-specific notices may provide additional information where the processing differs materially from this Policy.
2.21 MAX Car / vehicle experiences
Where MAX provides vehicle or driving-related experiences, the service may process navigation requests, location, vehicle/device information, voice commands, connected-media information, trip-related settings, and diagnostics required by the feature. MAX should not be treated as a substitute for safe driving or emergency services.

MAX may provide SOS or family-safety features, including commands such as requesting help. If you activate such a feature, it may process your location, device identity, battery/network status, selected emergency contacts, household relationships, and other information necessary to deliver the requested safety action.
Emergency or safety information may be disclosed to emergency contacts, emergency-service providers, or other parties only as necessary to perform the safety action, comply with law, protect vital interests, or prevent serious harm. Availability and behavior depend on the final feature, device, country, network, and third-party integrations.
2.23 Children, teens, and family accounts
MAX may offer age-appropriate experiences, simplified interfaces, parental approval, filtering, family accounts, and parental controls. Where a child or teen uses a family-managed experience, we may process age information, parent/guardian account information, permissions, safety settings, usage information, and information necessary to provide the requested service.
Where applicable law requires parental or guardian consent, we will use appropriate mechanisms for obtaining and verifying that consent. Under Nigeria's Data Protection Act 2023, where consent is the lawful basis for processing a child's personal data, parental or legal-guardian consent and appropriate age/consent verification mechanisms may be required. citeturn1search15turn1search17
2.24 Communications and support
If you contact us by email, support form, social platform, Discord, Telegram, or another supported channel, we may collect your name, contact details, account identifiers, message content, attachments, technical details, and information needed to investigate and respond to your request.
2.25 Cookies and similar technologies
MAX websites may use cookies, local storage, session storage, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies to remember preferences, authenticate users, maintain sessions, protect security, measure performance, understand usage, and support functionality. Where applicable law requires consent for non-essential cookies or similar technologies, we will provide an appropriate choice mechanism.

4. AI Processing and Model Providers
MAX is designed to be provider-agnostic. Depending on the feature, request, model selected, region, plan, availability, and technical architecture, your content may be processed by The Tron Forge's own systems or by third-party AI/model providers acting as service providers or processors.
Before sending content to a third-party provider, MAX may need to transmit the minimum information necessary to complete your request. Different providers may have different retention, security, and model-training practices. Where a material provider-specific choice is available, we intend to disclose it in the relevant product or settings interface.
Unless separately disclosed and permitted by law, we do not intend to sell your conversations, memories, voice recordings, private files, or other personal content to advertisers.
5. AI Training and Product Improvement
MAX may use service interactions and technical information to maintain safety, reliability, quality, and product performance. Whether user content is used to train or improve AI models should be controlled by the product's applicable settings, terms, plan, or a separate consent mechanism where required.
If we introduce a model-improvement program that uses identifiable user content, we will provide appropriate notice and controls where required by applicable law. Certain information may still be processed for security, abuse prevention, debugging, legal compliance, or service operation even when optional model-improvement use is disabled.
6. Legal Bases for Processing
Where applicable, we may rely on one or more lawful bases, including:
- Performance of a contract: to create your account and provide services you request.
- Consent: where you choose to enable an optional feature or where consent is required by law.
- Legitimate interests: for security, fraud prevention, service reliability, product improvement, and similar interests where permitted and appropriately balanced with your rights.
- Legal obligations: to meet applicable legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, or lawful-request requirements.
- Vital interests: where processing is necessary to protect a person's life or safety, such as certain emergency/SOS situations.
- Public interest or other lawful bases: where recognized by applicable law.
For users in Nigeria, our processing is intended to follow the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and applicable regulations and guidance. The NDPC identifies principles including lawful and transparent processing, purpose limitation, data minimization, storage limitation, accuracy, and appropriate security. citeturn1search0turn1search1
7. When We Share Information
We may disclose information to:
- Service providers and processors that host infrastructure, databases, cloud storage, AI processing, authentication, analytics, email, customer support, security, payments, communications, or other technical services.

- Parents or guardians where a family-management feature and applicable law permit or require the sharing of information.
- Legal, regulatory, or law-enforcement authorities when required by valid legal process or when disclosure is otherwise permitted or required by law.
- Professional advisers such as legal, accounting, auditing, or compliance advisers where necessary.
- Business transaction parties in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law and appropriate safeguards.
We do not intend to sell personal information as a business model. We also do not intend to give advertisers access to your private MAX conversations, saved memories, or private files merely so they can advertise to you.
8. International Data Transfers
MAX and its service providers may operate in multiple countries. Your information may therefore be processed or stored outside your country of residence. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we will use appropriate legal and technical mechanisms.
9. Data Retention
We retain information for only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the service, maintaining account security, resolving disputes, complying with legal obligations, enforcing agreements, and preventing abuse.
Retention periods may differ by data type. For example, account information may be retained while your account is active; transaction records may need to be retained for legal or accounting purposes; security logs may be retained for a limited period; and deleted content may remain in backups for a limited period before being overwritten or securely deleted.
Where a feature has a specific retention period, we intend to state it in the relevant product documentation or settings.
10. Deletion and Account Closure
Where available, you may delete conversations, memories, files, connected services, devices, or other content individually. You may also request deletion of your MAX account and associated personal data, subject to information we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or other lawful purposes.
Deleting a memory does not necessarily delete the conversation or source file from which it was created, and deleting a conversation does not necessarily delete account records that must be retained. Product interfaces may provide separate deletion controls for these categories.
11. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights including:
- Right to be informed about how your information is processed.
- Right to access a copy of personal information we hold about you.
- Right to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Right to delete or request erasure of personal information, subject to lawful exceptions.
- Right to restrict certain processing.
- Right to object to certain processing.
- Right to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
- Right to data portability where applicable.
- Rights concerning certain automated decision-making or profiling where applicable.
- Right to complain to the applicable data-protection supervisory authority.
The Nigeria Data Protection Commission identifies rights including information, access, rectification, objection, restriction, portability, erasure, complaint, and rights relating to automated decision-making under the Nigeria Data Protection Act. citeturn1search3turn1search1
12. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, misuse, or destruction. Depending on the service, safeguards may include encryption in transit, encryption at rest, access controls, authentication protections, logging, monitoring, backups, least-privilege access, and security testing.
No internet service, device, storage system, or transmission method is completely secure. Users should use strong authentication, protect their devices and credentials, and avoid submitting highly sensitive information unless it is necessary for the requested feature.
13. Third-Party Services and Links
MAX may link to or integrate with third-party websites, applications, platforms, AI providers, payment providers, media services, smart-home platforms, and other services. Their processing is governed by their own privacy policies and terms. Connecting a service through MAX does not make The Tron Forge responsible for that third party's independent privacy practices.
14. Children and Family Safety
MAX is intended to support age-appropriate experiences. We may use age information and account settings to apply restrictions, simplified experiences, content filtering, parental approval, and other safety measures.
We do not intend to knowingly collect more children's personal information than is reasonably necessary for the requested feature. Where parental consent is legally required, we will seek appropriate consent and verification. Parents or guardians may have rights to review, correct, restrict, or request deletion of a child's information subject to applicable law.
15. Automated Systems and AI Decisions
MAX uses automated systems to generate responses, personalize experiences, detect abuse, operate safety features, and perform other functions. AI-generated information can be inaccurate and should not be treated as a guaranteed fact or professional advice.
Where applicable law gives you rights concerning decisions based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects, we will provide the rights and safeguards required by that law.
16. Ads and Analytics
MAX websites or free services may display advertising or use analytics in the future. If advertising or analytics involves personal data requiring consent, we will provide appropriate controls where required. We do not intend to use private conversations, memories, private files, or sensitive personal content as an advertising data source without appropriate legal basis and disclosure.
Analytics may include page views, feature usage, performance, device information, approximate location, referral information, and technical events. We may use aggregated or de-identified analytics to understand reliability and improve MAX.
17. Data Minimization and User Controls
MAX is intended to follow a permission-based approach: features that require sensitive access should request that access when needed, and users should be able to disconnect optional integrations where technically and legally possible.
Examples include microphone access for voice, camera access for visual features, location access for location-aware or SOS features, contacts for communication features, calendar/email access for productivity features, and smart-home permissions for MAX Home.
18. Business and Developer Use
If MAX later offers business, developer, API, or organizational products, additional agreements or product-specific privacy terms may apply. In those cases, an organization may determine the purposes of processing and The Tron Forge or a service provider may process information on that organization's behalf.
19. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy as MAX evolves, laws change, or new products and data practices are introduced. When changes are material, we intend to provide appropriate notice and, where required, obtain consent or provide other legally required choices. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates the current version.
